The Course

Day 1

Day 1 explodes into action as teams gather at the start line ready to conquer their chosen challenge -  the epic Black Dragon or the spirited Green Dragon route!

The adventure takes place along the stunning trails of the Nagano Prefecture. Every stride will bring a mix of undulating terrain, short steep climbs, and heart-pounding descents weaving through lush mountain forests. The ground shifts from soft, springy grass to rugged dirt tracks, ensuring a challenge from start to finish.

Day 2 

On Day 2 the focus shifts to teamwork. After the demanding trail run/hike of Day 1, teams will be feeling the fatigue from the undulating terrain. But there’s no easing up, as another full day of adventure awaits in the stunning landscapes.

Your performance during both days, together with your team fundraising, will be factored in to determine an overall event winner. So there will be far more to this challenge than simply being first across the finish line on day 1!
